Product Information
JAZZ GRILL
The singer Kyu Sakamoto became famous outside Japan for his song “Sukiyaki” - a jazz number which is the influence behind the design and naming of this grill. In addition to grilling meat and vegetables deliciously using carbon’s unique features, this design is perfect for making the famous Japanese hot pot. Authentic steakhouse grilling is made possible by utilizing the high far-infrared ray effect and high heat conductivity unique to carbon. The exquisite thinness of the base allows for superior responsiveness and retention of heat.
Fitting well in the hands, the overall sharp lines and delicate curves are made possible through Anaori's carving technology, accurate to 0.1 mm.
Highly contemporary, simple and clear in expression, the pot impresses with its high production quality and functionality. Created for professional use, it lends itself perfectly for serving directly at the table, promoting a new paradigm in culinary culture.
